WorkArena evaluates web agents on common enterprise knowledge-work in the ServiceNow platform: dashboards, forms, knowledge-base search, list filtering/sorting, menu navigation and service-catalog orders. Level-1 provides 33 atomic tasks with 19,912 unique instances; WorkArena++ composes these into 682 realistic L2/L3 workflows (341 workflows x 2 levels) requiring planning, reasoning, memorization and retrieval, each sampling among thousands of configurations. It is distributed as a Python package on top of BrowserGym (browser click/type actions, multimodal observations); running it requires a ServiceNow instance and a gated Hugging Face instance-snapshot dataset.
